For Women’s Equality Day 2019, I wanted to create something truly special that celebrated the women at our agency in a unique and meaningful way. The challenge was to capture what makes the women of W64 stand out—what makes them special. My insight? The answer lies in our eyes.

I wanted to showcase the women of W64 through an intimate, close-up perspective—emphasizing our individuality and differences in a bold and personal way. Collaborating with our Director of Photography, we shot each woman in the office, directing them to make the first expression that came to their mind when prompted with key phrases. This raw, authentic approach allowed us to capture the true essence of who they are.

I led the visual direction for the piece and worked closely with our copywriter to develop a message that paired perfectly with bold type over the images. The result is a video that gives a closer look at the women of W64, highlighting their impact in the office, the industry, and the world.
